Our Approach
Engagements typically begin at an inflection point. I work directly with the primary decision-maker and relevant stakeholders to understand context, constraints, power dynamics, and unspoken risks. I identify the load-bearing assumptions, stress-test the narrative under realistic conditions, and force tradeoffs into the open so decisions are made deliberately rather than by drift. The goal is not consensus, but clarity.
The work is scoped by decision, not by time. I deliver a small number of high-impact artifacts designed to reduce risk, increase confidence, and make action possible.
